Food Futurist Tony Hunter and Johannes Le Coutre talk World Food Day
My take on it all

World Food Day

Today I met with Johannes le Coutre at UNSW to talk all things cultivated meat and much more. With yesterday being World Food Day it was great to share thoughts on how the global food system will cope with an extra 1.2 bn or so people and growing middle classes. An unexpected subject was nanoplastics and their potential impact on all life on earth, including humans. More to come on that topic.

Thanks Johannes!
