“the world’s first commercial space station”, just think about this for a minute……….let it sink in. Haven-1 will be a privately funded and launched SPACE STATION and could launch as early as May next year! Like everything humans do food is a critical part of the project. Who knows what contributions to terrestrial food supply the project will uncover. We’re already seeing the impact of space research on food, with companies like Solar Foods inspired by NASA research from the 1960’s.
As I never tire of saying, this is the most exciting time to be in the food industry in over 30 years! Great to see Australia’s own Flávia Fayet-Moore in the mix.
