On Friday 15th August I was fortunate to be at Magic Valley in Melbourne with Paul Bevan and Jacob Goodwin talking about all things cultivated meat. I was also lucky enough to taste some of their cultivated lamb and pork. In a word, delicious! Definitely no different to conventional animal based products.
