Is Rudy’s Vegan Butcher a sign of the future or “simply a flash in the vegetable-oiled pan” as one article says? Sold out on day 1, looks like it’s still there on day 14. Given the significant increase in interest in plantbased foods under COVID-19 it’ll be interesting to see how it goes when COVID is no longer a major issue. (Whenever that is!) Especially since the UK is one of the world’s most advanced vegan/vegetarian/flexitarian markets.
And it even sells the full non-animal components of that culinary delight the full English Breakfast, bacon, scrambled eggs, black pudding and sausage!
