5 things to live disease free longer
Microbiome/Genomics My take on it all

Bite Sized Update! Live 10 years longer doing these 5 things!

Some simple advice that, in the end, tells us what we should already know!

A 20-year study of more than 111,000 people found that a healthy lifestyle could increase life expectancy free from three common chronic diseases by up to 10 years for women and seven years for men.

Live up to 10 years longer doing 5 things

  1. “never smoking;
  2. a healthy diet;
  3. a body mass index of 18.5 to 24.9;
  4. at least 30 minutes’ moderate to vigorous exercise each day;…
  5. no more than a small glass of wine or pint of beer a day”

Hopefully personalised nutrition will help us deal with the second issue much more effectively than we do today!
